FRANK H. SPEARMAN IV, P.G., C.E.G., C.H.G.

Mr. Spearman has nearly 25 years of professional experience with geotechnical, environmental, and geologic investigations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in hillside, coastal, and desert environments. Duties have included all aspects of geotechnical and geologic consulting projects, including proposal preparation, project management, staff and subcontractor supervision, field data collection, field and laboratory data reduction/analyses, and report preparation. Mr. Spearman has performed numerous geotechnical evaluations of damages caused by ground movement and water intrusion, including landslide investigations and repairs. Environmental investigations have included Phase I/II site assessments, contaminant remediation, and hydrogeologic studies.

Mr. Spearman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Mr. Spearman is a Registered Geologist, a Registered Engineering Geologist, and a Registered Hydrogeologist, all with the State of California.
