STAVROS CHRYSOVERGIS, Ph.D., M.S., P.E., G.E., R.E.A.

Mr. Chrysovergis is the founder and president of SPC Geotechnical, Inc. and has nearly 30 years of experience in geotechnical, civil, and forensic engineering. His expertise is in the fields of geotechnical engineering, geology, foundation engineering, and civil engineering. Mr. Chrysovergis' consulting experience in geotechnical and civil engineering has ranged from land acquisition/planning, to site development, to forensic investigations for residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Projects include hillside and urban developments, landsliding, foundation failure analysis, analysis of construction vibrations, concrete performance, and environmental studies.

Mr. Chrysovergis has a Doctorate degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Genoa, Italy, a Master of Science degree in Earth Sciences from Adelphi University, New York, and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University at Long Beach.

Mr. Chrysovergis is a Registered Geotechnical Engineer with the State of California, a Registered Civil Engineer with the states of California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah, and a Registered Environmental Assessor with the State of California.
